The Bear
Da Bears return later this month, apparently in back to back seasons?
Making this thread because every one says they like the "Fishes" episode but "Review" from season 1 is still my fav. Quote:

Review was incredible and realizing they really did film it in one take vs. creatively editing to look like one take made me appreciate it even more

Almost every character in the show contributes to the shitshow that happens in the Review
-Syd leaves the pre-order option on, accidentally stabs Richie, quits under pressure -Richie's being his usual asshole self -Carmy melts down as the day gets worse -Tina decides it's a good day to bring her kid to work -Marcus ignores everyone to work on his donut -Ebra reads the review loudly which only increases angst Hell even the last scene shows the dishwashers furiously cleaning dishes in the background while you see a defeated Carmy. When you're that far in the weeds I'm pretty sure cleaning dishes is the last thing they should be doing - in that scenario even the washers might be asked to chop veg or something |
