Boom, sell double the tickets to WM, fans don't have to sit thru a 7 hr show (though some will spend double to attend both days, like a music festival of sorts) and they can charge even more for their travel packages by adding the extra show day.

Admittedly that's not the most heavyweight card, but if you throw in things like Alpha being accompanied by Hulk Hogan and you really let AJ Styles, it could deliver and help some of those undercard guys who are struggling find places. Kane vs. Ellsworth would just be a squash. Rawley has got heel potential. The TLC match seems like it has odd placement and is a generally weird addition, but I think it would call back to that time they first gave Edge & Christian and The Hardys a ladder and gave them the chance to try and get over. It also allows you to place The Revival in the actual title match without politically stepping over everybody else's spot. I suppose you could not do Slater vs. Rhyno and have them in there if you want a babyface team people care about, but you could also call up The Dudleys and just trim The Ascension and Vaudevillains from the match, but I think it would be kind to give them a shot here. Overall, that means you'd be getting 26 main show matches across a weekend.

Yeah definitely this! Wrestlemania used to be the "showcase of the immortals". The best of the best. Now it's all about cramming everybody into the show, even if it means cramming them into filler matches that nobody cares about.

Immediately thought of the old N64 wrestling games from Shane's sell of getting thrown into the post. All that was missing was a "ding" type sound and it would have been a perfect reenactment by Shane.

Apparently Hillbilly Jim wants Hulk Hogan to induct him into WWE's Hall of Fame although he won't know who the official person will be till the close of Mania weekend.

Had an idea that Asuka’s streak ends at Mania. Asuka wins the belt but Carmella cashes in and plays uber heel. Could play off that both Taker and Asuka’s streaks both ended in NOLA (not to compare them, but still)

So I've decided to embark on a quest to watch every single piece of 1984 footage that I have in chronological order. I have all the 1984 t.v plus a ton of House Shows. Currently watching the Feb.18 1984 Championship Wrestling show where they do a 10 bell salute to David Von Erich. 1984 WWF is amazing.

Doesn't seem very likely but maybe. I could see them finding some excuse or another, assuming Asuka wins the title and isn't cashed in on, for moving Carmella over to RAW.

Let's face it: In all likelihood, Asuka's undefeated run isn't going away any time soon. IJS.

Just watched Hansen vs Hogan from 1990 again. Easily my favourite Hogan match. Mind you, Hogan was fucking awesome in that match.

Hogan was just smart in knowing when he had to bring it. The WWF crowds were fine for him to rip a shirt, take some bumps, hulk up, big boot and legdrop. In Japan, Hogan knew he had to work to get a reaction and he was more than competent in doing so. If he wrestled his Japan style all the time, he probably wouldn't have had such a long career... At least in ring.
