A bit surprised that WWE.com is doing an article on Seth Rollins topping the PWI 500 this year.

Also apparently PWI gets bribes for their lists since supposedly wrestlers and companies have been paying to get spots for some time. |

You mean like 1994 where WCW swept the awards including the Nasty Boys winning tag team of the year lol. I remember Apter was on WCW t.v giving them out.

Going to assume nobody from WWE told him that they actually cared enough to write an official article on their website. Especially when they tweeted about it and wrote the article hours before his tweet. |

Lol, the PWI is basically a work anyway, so he's kind of whinging about kayfabe, which is dumb. And it's stepping on the toes of one of his co-workers. Probably not the smartest criticism.

Edge and Christian podcast has Jeremy Borash on. He lived the dying days of WCW plus his TNA stuff so I imagine he had some amazing stories.

Jerry Lawler vs. Mance Warner ended up being pretty good overall at GCW's 2 Cups Stuffed show. Show itself has been very good soo far.
Was the typical Lawler style indie match combined with some brawling and a bit of hardcore wrestling. |

Yikes, one of the guys in the 6-man DLC match (Doors, Ladders, & Chairs) at GCW's show gashed his arm/shoulder really badly after a crazy ladder spot involving light tubes.
Bolted to the backstage as fast as possible while yelling in pain. Also got quickly rushed to the hospital going by what the announcers said. |

I hope he's okay, that's horrible he got hurt like that. Nobody should be surprised though, it is what it is when your playing with glass.

Lots of bad light tube incidents recently. First with David Arquette, now this guy.
Getting to the point they should just ditch them already from matches. |

The spot was very stupid to begin with but G-Raver also has had some really bad luck the past few months since that was like the 3rd time he suffered a very serious injury.

Apparently Enzo was very likely the source of the rumor of WWE being interested in signing him and Big Cass back.
Not only did he managed to piss off WWE again, also shut the door for having any chance of ever coming back.

Between NJPW's Royal Quest show, NXT UK's TakeOver Cardiff show, and AEW's All Out show, I had an amazing day of watching wrestling.
Bunch of great matches and enough variety going around to keep things interesting. Add in GCW's show last night and its been a pretty great 24 hours of wrestling. |

Steve Austin shared a new SmackDown promo. It's got a new logo and besides Austin, Taker and Rock being involved in the commercial (Rock probably just because of his star power), it also features Becky, Seth and Rey -- which may not mean anything, knowing this promotion, but why use them specifically if you're not going to feature them on the show?

Randy Orton, Kofi Kingston, Charlotte, Daniel Bryan, John Cena and Roman Reigns were the other talent featured. Whatever that means. Michael Cole was the commentator used. No Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, Bayley, Big E or Xavier Woods. I mean, there's lots of talent that weren't used, but if you're putting together a package of the top SmackDown stars, you'd have to try not to include them.

According to the Observer, Paul Heyman put Roode and Ziggy together as a tag team since he thinks it will get Roode over with fans.

I was watching an old Letterman a while back and Vince was a correspondent at the hospital on New Years Eve where he was awaiting the first born baby of the new year. He was hilarious.

Roode and Ziggler are not the worst concept for a team ever, but I'm not sure how "over" they will get.
