Jesus camp- documentary about pentacostals indictrinating kids for the Republican party. 7/10
Fir the Bible tells.me so- a documentary that gets across the fact that you'd. Have to twist Biblical context to think the homosexuality they talk about in the Bible is the same as the loving realationships we see today. For instance sodom and gommorah had passed an antihospitality law where foreigners ( who Jews were called to be especially kind to) weren't allowed in the city. The punishment was usually gang rape. Yeahhhhh... 9/10 |

Hugo in 3D - 10/10
It works on so many different levels, but ultimately, I haven't felt that happy after watching a movie in really long time. Maybe my favorite movie of the last few years. |

Taxi Driver - 7/10
I think this is very overrated. It's one of those films where people say "You haven't seen Taxi Driver before?" and when I finally watched it I was not really that impressed and got bored with it at times. |

The Woman in Black -7/10.. Considering it's production is Hammer Films notoriously famous for all those Christopher Lee/Cushing vamp flicks in the 60s. Sad ending.. This is Daniel's first non-Harry Potteresque role.. Don't expect Bellatrix Lestrange to be the death-eater on this one. :P

This Kiss - 0/10
Mind-numbingly dull. No real camerawork, soundtrack, acting, characters, or story. I'm sure it won plenty of awards for being about lesbians, though. |

John Carter. Avatar, Conan The Barbarian on Mars plotline anyone? Loved the funny moments when the martian alien tusked tribes keeps calling him Virginia instead of John throughout the movie. haha. 8/10.
It's really hopeless and scary when a killer is stalking you while your blindness disease is already in progress.. Guillermo Del Toro does it again. 9/10. Last edited by Raven Reaper; 03-11-2012 at 08:02 PM. |

Paranormal Activity 3 - 7/10
aside from still being pissed off that 1988 VHS cameras film in widescreen and look as good as if they were shot in digital, its kind of neat how they tied stuff together although throwing in witches makes me think they should quit while they're ahead (but they aren't, since there will be a 4th). |

The Rules of Attraction - 7/10
I enjoyed this even if it was a little weird at times James Van Der Beek's character was a little strange and different from what he usually played so that was neat to see I never would've guessed Ian Somerhalder as Paul Denton but somehow it works this was probably the only movie that was made of Bret Easton Ellis' books that was fairly close to the book |

Tin Tin: 8/10. Never read Tin Tin or know anything about the character. Thought I would check the movie out on my flight home. I went in expecting to dislike it but ended up loving it. Little long and predictable but I also found it very entertaining. Sort of an animated young Indiana jones chronicle.

watched this great French film last night called Time To Leave - 8/10 Romain, a gay 31-year-old fashion photographer, finds out he is terminally ill and has only three months to live. He rejects the treatment for his metasized tumor that might offer him a slim (less than 5%) chance of survival. Romain exhibits both a selfish and a recklessness behavior. He realizes that his good looks give him a certain amount of leeway and he tests the forbearance of the people who care for him. He chases away his lover Sasha and delights in antagonizing his sister. The only person in whom he confides about his illness is his grandmother Laura. |
