I don't know how people disliked the ending to The Grey. I am assuming they are stupid.

On the real! Not sure how having a 10 second fight between a man and a wolf would make the film any better.

It may not have made the movie any better, but you would at least get a clear resolution from a final fight, no matter the outcome.
What I find to be the particularly glaring issue with the ending is that it felt severely misplaced to me, especially when you consider how absurd the rest of the movie is. The entire movie is about SPOILER: show When your movie has spent the previous 115 minutes fully embracing it's preposterous premise, it might as well commit to it through the end, rather than turn pretentious for the finale. Like I said, it tried to take itself way more seriously than it should. |

Just got out of Looper. Very well made. Acting from everyone is great. The end reveal is really sermon done. Loved this movie. 9/10

Finally got around to seing "Funny People." A solid 8/10, solid comedy and drama melding. The most amazing part is that I don't hate Seth Rogan in it, and it's probably Sandlers best movie since the Waterboy.

Cabin in the woods - wanted to like it..but in the end it felt like a spoof movie that took itself seriously enough to ruin the spoof aspect and just became a lame scary movie folloing a tired formulaic plot.
Not to forget to mention the fucking big snake both creeped me out and looked like something out of a low budget scyfy movie. 55/100 |

After Liam prays to God by yelling at Him, he says "I'll do it myself." I sure hope God didnt say "Good luck" to Liam.
Tactical Force - 2/10 Abduction 4/10. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Pretty intense at times with the hand-to-hand combat. Knock Off - 3/10 I Can Do Bad All By Myself - 6/10. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - 10/10 |

Amazing Spiderman - It was good but I found myself not really caring. I think I still prefer the first two from the last bunch of Spiderman films, although Garfield was better than Maguire and while I never really had a problem with Dunst as Mary-Jane like I know some people did, I think Stone as Gwen Stacy was done really well.
Everything to do with The Lizard was all very "meh" to me, even though The Lizard used to be one of my favourite villains of Spidermans in the cartoons. |

Never Say Never Again
8/10 I like the idea of an "over the hill" James Bond. Good to see Connery back in the role, but also "weird". |

Bigfoot-The Lost Coast Tapes-3.5/10. Incredibly generic and cliche with some of the worst acting and dialogue in recent memory.
Like Crazy-8/10. Beautifully directed. Story has me considering things, which is always a good sign. |

Skyfall - 10/10
It felt like as if Christopher Nolan wrote the screenplay in invisible mode like in Dark Knight all over again.. And apparently, Bond even had a Bruce Wayne-ish kinda dark past on his dead parents gravestone.. And Lord Voldemort makes an appearance as his employer or shall we say a new one I guess.. To top it off, remember that black chick zombie slayer in 28 Days later? Well, she's now his sidekick agent.. Still this is much grittier on the same level as the first Dark Knight... Better than the last 2 Bond movies. SPOILER: show |

Smokin Aces - 7/10
Maximum Conviction - 2/10. Steve Austin and Steven Seagal. Dragon Eyes - 2/10. Gingerdead Man 3 - 0/10. Some stupid movie I saw on Netflix about a *ahem* KILLER GINGERBREAD MAN! It sucked. It started off funny, but then sucked. Snake Eyes - 8/10. The direction in this film is what made this film great. There was like a 12 minute one shot scene in the beginning and was fantastic. The Amazing Spider Man - 6/10. I disliked the last 20 minutes, but everyone before I was into. Especially the part when Spidey catches the dude who killed his papi. Making him seem like a bad guy. Safety Not Guaranteed - 9/10. Great. Just great. |
