The bad merch thread made me think of bad wrestling gear. There was this period a few years back where wrestlers in the WWE went through this turgid phase of wearing grey trunks with orange trimming. It was fucking disgusting.

I'm sad that I got into wrestling too late to enjoy prime Sunny. I was mostly a WCW guy starting off as well and the 1998 WCW roster didn't exactly have much in the way of hot women aside from a brief Nitro girls dance.

Torrie Wilson turned up in 1999 though so that was nice.

Particularly O’Haire. He had everything and then they landed on those devils advocate skits. They wouldn’t have even been difficult to write for either. They could have had him cause friction in a tag team by getting in the ear of one of them and tempting him to go solo.
