Silver Linings Playbook - really good. First time I've seen Jennifer Lawrence in something other than hunger games so it was good to see she's not as terrible as she was in that.

Stand Up Guys--- Arkin, as usual, steals the show when he is in it, Walken is fantastic but I can't help but feel that Pacino is actually as spacey in real life as his character. A lot of age humor but it works well and I enjoyed the movie thoroughly. 7.3/10

Paranormal Activity 4- 2/10
Really boring. Knew going in that it was going to be more of the same, but wow they didn't even try here. The previous one addaed new ways of scaring you, but the only thing new here is product placement. Putting cameras everywhere doesn't seem as believable as it did in the other films. The other movies do a good job of building tension, and this one really doesn't. I never once felt on edge while watching this. Finally the plot. They don't further the overall plot of the series at all here. From a story perspective they might as well have not even bothered. |

Manborg 5/10
Cheap pisstake of kickpuncher, some funny stuff and its played for laughs, the opening blurb alone had me in fits, but the cheap green screen gets annoying. |
