If you're expecting some alien sci-fi thriller, prepare to be disappointed. This premise has the same one in Gravity... Sorry. But it's passable for a sci-fi mockumentary type of movie. 6/10.
This movie has feminist 3rd wave message all over it: Rape culture via street harassment, cat-calling, pedophilia rape and taking justice in to her hands instead of reporting to the police.. This is gonna trigger some feels to it.. lol. Quite enjoyable gory stuff too: Cutting off dick while sucking it and biting.. Bruutal shit! 9/10/ |

Edge of Tomorrow - 3/5 Typical Tom Cruise film, lots of running, shooting and explosions.
Birdman - 2/5 Not a terrible film, but pretty boring considering all the praise it got. Sightseers - 2/5 Obscure film, knew nothing about it in advance. It was alright. Let Me In - 1/5 See Birdman. |

Very good movie.... If you're expecting some alien sci-fi thriller.... then you obviously know nothing about the movie you are about to see. |

Super - 3/5 Good film, but the Kick-Ass comparisons are inevitable, and KA is much better.
8 Mile - 4/5 Never cared about this when it came out, thinking it as "an Eminem film", but finally got round to watching it and really enjoyed it. From Paris with Love - 3/5 Nothing special, but good, fun action movie. John Travolta was entertaining. |

Paranormal Activity - 2/5
After hearing so much about how scary it is, I finally got round to seeing this, and thought it was a load of bollocks. Boring, and wasn't scary at all. |

Saw 'The Visit' earlier. Better than I expected it to be since it's an M Night film. I like found-footage movies and I would rate it as decent. Not great, not terrible.
Since it is an M Night Shyamalan film I figured there would be a twist, and there was and I guessed it before it was revealed. Worth watching if you've 90 minutes to spare. 3/5 SPOILER: show |

Marvelous - 3/5 Was alright. "feel good" kinda movie. But boring at times.
Nightcrawler - 4/5 Really enjoyed this, interesting plot etc. Nothing more to add really. Been watching too many movies lately. Need to do something more with my life. |

Just finished binge-watching all five seasons of Game of Thrones, and was also watching Zoo and Fear the Walking Dead. Now Walking Dead's back on. So yeah, need more TV shows. But really, I just need to get out more and do something.

The Goonies - 1/10, my g/f loved it as a kid and she bought it in the Walmart $5 bin and I absolutely hated it and never would have enjoyed a movie like that, even "back in the day".....
