King Buzzo - This Machine Kills Artists
9-10 How the fuck do you take an Acoustic Guitar and make it heavy? Then again, this is the front man of the Melvins, who helped pioneer Grunge and Sludge Metal. He does whatever the hell he WANTS to do. |

I am listening to the new Jenny Lewis album "The Voyager" because I am a woman on her period. I give the album 9/10 only because I was pissed off at my boyfriend while listening to it.

I have to say, you can really hear how Tool and bands like Sleepytime Gorilla Museum have been influenced by King Crimson. When you listen to Frame by Frame on Discipline, you can hear the kind of intricate interplay that Tool have in their songs, and on One More Red Nightmare, off Red, you can hear where SGM stole their sound.
