The Replacements - Hootenanny 8/10
Not as good as Let it Be/Tim/Pleased to Meet Me, but it grows on me with every listen. Matthew Good - White Light Rock & Roll Review 6.5/10 It doesn't touch Avalanche; in some ways, it is a disappointment. |

Slayer - Seasons in the 7.5/10 I think I need to listen to the Slayer album a bit more before I truly begin to appreciate it, but I've mostly been listening to Shankar. |

I disagree with your Slayer rating. I'm not a fan of that one 6/10 at best. Totally agree with the other rating though. Spot on. It's good to listen to while preparing chutney to go with the curry and Naan bread

Just started listening to some of Hariprasad Chaurasia music and I find it is something to listen to after a long stressful day at work. Thank you for making me aware of this artist.

Florence + The Machine- How Big How Blue How Beautiful 7/10
Still good, and still a blast to listen to Florence sing, but on the first spin, no songs really stuck out the way the tracks on previous albums did. Maybe I just need to relisten to it, but at the moment it's their weakest outing so far. But like I said, still well worth a listen if you liked their previous stuff. |
