I’ll start it soon. Need to watch Fargo season 4 too, new Curb Your Enthusiasm and I’m currently rewatching every James Bond film...

Need to get caught up on the last to Daniel Craig 007 films. Did not care for Tim Dalton.

Timothy Dalton is my favourite Bond...
I must have seen “The Living Daylights” twenty times. I actually started my marathon with it, I’ll be ending with “License To Kill” just to bookend it with greatness. Moonraker is actually a comedy spy film IMO. I just watched it again today and it has all the elements of a great Pink Panther film. “A Shot Into Space” or something... |

LOL - Moonraker definitely felt like a Spoof. 100% was waiting to see Leslie Nielsen pop up in there somewhere.

They should do a game show called “Who’s The Bus?” where they line up say ten coaches and a contestant has to figure out which one is actually a bus.
That’s a show where the Netflix 2 seasons theory would make a lot of sense. |

Watching “Bill Burr Presents Immoral Compass”, a series of shorts presented in an anthology with episodes containing skits that reflect the theme Burr’s character “Ricky” is bitching about.
The skits are pretty funny so far, not as shocking as they could be but they are well played however the monologues by Ricky are excellent. |

Honestly crazy to me how famous Bill Burr has become. It's no longer "cool" or "unique" to say he's my favorite comedian.

Arcane on Netflix.
3 episodes in. Very impressed so far. And I had zero experience or interest in league of legends going in. |

Been watching Tom Lasso (via illicit means). It's a fucking shame it's on Apple+, because this deserves more recognition while simultaneously not giving Apple more goddamn money.
Much like Brockmire, it took a one-off sports joke and became an entire universe unto itself. It's written well, the song choices are very deliberate, and *nearly* every character is a whole person (except maybe Rupert) with their flaws and charms. And Roy Kent is the fucking best. Also, a joke that isn't really a joke unless you know about it, the series starts with a Division 2 championship win by the Wichita State football team. Problem is, Wichita State hasn't had a football team in decades. And with both the influx of alumni money (read: Koch Brothers) and how much they usually rake in from both basketball and, surprisingly, baseball, that's not likely to change anytime soon. They're like to polar opposite of Marshall with that decision. |

Dude, I started that last night. Watched the first 4 episodes and WOW!!! I know nothing of the game, but this show is fantastic. Well written, fast-paced and man, lots of unexpected and sudden moments!
Will be watching more. |

Finished rewatching the two seasons of Rome. A marvellous show, which would have been much better if they had allowed it to run for the 4-5 seasons as originally intended. The second season is a bit of a mess and rushed, as they tried to cram in stories from the other seasons that didn't go ahead. Shame.
I'm into the second half of Foundation, as suggested by Seanny of the One True Ball. I'm enjoying it, but the show is fairly run of the mill; it's no The Expanse. |

Funnily enough I gave up on Foundation for being a bit too soap-opera-in-space for my liking. It looked tits after the opening episode but it went a bit too heavy on the extra plot lines.
Asimov reads like an encyclopaedia entry, even in dialogue. The show should have presented it as such. It should be like a serious “Hitchhiker’s Guide”, that’s the only way to do it. |

The only really weak thing in this new season of Dexter is the presence of Ghost-Deb.
That fucking face just ruins everything. Always getting angry and never twenty seconds away from crying like a fuckwit. She was never a great addition so I have no idea why they decided that a dead and somehow even more neurotic version was necessary... |

Just finished watching it.... shame at not being able to see some of these stories play out over the course of a season 3 instead of jammed into a movie.... was still enjoyable and good to see them back at all. Too bad that very few people will get to see it....

Started watching “Channel Zero” because I was in the mood for a more legitimate horror and I can’t keep going back to AHS when all it does is lead me to disappointment.
First episode is good...very tense and seemingly has roots in rational fears. Hopefully if it gets weird it goes big. |

Finished watching the short-lived BBC series, Banished, which is a drama set at the Botany Bay penal colony. I don't tend to be the biggest fan of BBC dramas, though I've watched a number of them as of late, but I found it rather watchable. Sadly, it was cancelled after 1 season.
I've been occasionally watching episodes from another BBC series, Ripper Street, which is a Victorian detective series set in Whitechapel (London), and centres around a detective haunted by his inability to catch Jack the Ripper. I can't decide whether I like it or not; waiting for it to grab me. I need to find something to watch that will tide me over until the new series of The Witcher and The Expanse are out. |
