Finlay has decided to become a non-wrestler. Ah, well. I have so many midcarders, he was kinda getting lost in the shuffle, anyway.

RAW Results - October 15, 2007
---------- THREE-WAY THROWDOWN Tonight's edition of Raw started off with quite a splash...Shane McMahon made a rare appearance to announce that, as was supposed to happen last week, John Cena would face Triple H one-on-one to determine the number one contender to Randy Orton's WWE Championship... ...however, there would be a wall of lumberjacks at ringside preventing interference from The Corporation. The lumberjacks (which I envisioned being the majority of the faces from all three brands), almost did their job flawlessly. The Corporation eventually rushed out...and a massive brawl ensued outside of the ring. However, as the ref was trying to sort things out outside, Randy Orton managed to escape the skirmish and blast Triple H with his title as he was set up for a Pedigree. Orton left the ring to gloat, but what he didn't expect was for Triple H and John Cena to somehow end up on top of each other, with the match ending in a double pin. It was then announced by Shane that at Survivor Series, Randy Orton would defend his title in a triple threat match. And, next week on all 3 shows, every match will have stipulations that can be voted on WWE.com by fans. Next week, each participant will pair off with a fan-chosen partner for a 3-way tag team match! The Corporation managed to add a couple of new recruits to its ranks. The World's Greatest Tag Team made their in-ring return against the current champions, thanks to some assistance from Stevie McMahon and Carlito. After it was announced that TWGTT were the group's newest members, and soon they would bring the Tag Team gold home. However, just as the group could add, more superstars are stepping up against them. Stevie and Carlito teamed up against the unlikely team of Jeff Hardy and Mr. Kennedy. The monster Snitsky helped his side win...but after we saw the return of another star: UMAGA! Umaga fought off the Corporate members. Hardy, Kennedy, and Umaga were all neck in neck for the IC Title about a month or so ago...an unlikely and probably unstable alliance seems to be forming to try and stop the Corporation. The Glamazon has claimed another victim in former WWE Women's Champion Melina. One has to wonder if any one woman can stop her from running completely roughshod over the division. Dave Taylor picked up his first Raw victory against the Sandman when Sandman went overboard and attacked Taylor with his cane. Raw GM William Regal demanded to know what the bloody hell Sandman was doing, and he got a cane on his own. Later on Regal went on to announce that next week, Regal and Taylor would team up against Sandman and "any tart" that Sandman could find in a tag match of the fan's choosing. Tune in next week for WWE Cyber Week! QUICK MATCH RESULTS: -The World's Greatest Tag Team def. London & Kendrick (non-title match) -Beth Phoenix def. Melina (retains Women's title) -Carlito & Stevie McMahon def. Jeff Hardy & Mr. Kennedy (Snitsky interference) -Dave Taylor def. The Sandman (DQ) -Triple H and John Cena battled to a double pin (Lumberjack match) |

ECW Results – October 16, 2007
------ STILL A PUNK, STILL A CHAMPION CM Punk retained his ECW Championship against John Morrison by disqualification. Morrison seemed all but finished as Punk prepared to hit him with the GTS, Mike Mizanin jumped in to save his “advisor”. The two men put a hurting on Punk, and then Armando Estrada came out and said that since he gave Punk “5 million re-matches” when he was chasing then champion Morrison, he’s giving Morrison another shot at the belt next week to see if the match can end decisively. The stipulations of the match will be voted on by the fans. One week after defeating Marcus Cor Von, Tommy Dreamer picked up a big win over Elijah Burke in a great match. Burke and Cor Von attempted to attack Tommy after, but he managed to escape on time. The sky seems to be the limit for the Original who embodies what ECW is all about. As if it were possible, fans had even more to be jealous over Balls Mahoney about. The Extreme Expose seemingly convinced Kristal, ECW’s newest vixen, to join their group...telling her she could have a fresh start. Kristal agreed and Balls now found himself flanked by four beautiful women. It didn’t last long. Kristal seemed to be rather agitated with the group during Balls Mahoney’s match against another ECW newcomer, Kenny Dykstra. Thus, Kristal hit Balls in the uh, balls and Kenny picked up a win in his ECW debut. Immediately after, it was announced that Mahoney and Dykstra will face off again, once again with the match stipulations being decided by the fans. QUICK MATCH RESULTS: -Tommy Dreamer def. Elijah Burke -Kenny Dykstra def. Balls Mahoney -CM Punk def. John Morrison by DQ (Mizanin interference, Punk retains ECW Title) |

SmackDown! Results - October 19, 2007
------- Mystery is going to be a very large factor next week, nobody can be sure what or who awaits them for Cyber Week, when the fans pick the opponents and stipulations. Mystery also happened to have a large role this week, when Rey Mysterio and Batista were set to square off in a tag team match with each man selecting a partner. This led to two surprising returns: Rey ushered in "Nature Boy" Ric Flair to be his partner, and Batista brought in Rey's old nemesis Chavo Guerrero. That rivalry is obviously still going strong, as Rey and Chavo brawled into the crowd and away from the ring...leaving Flair to his former friend Batista. Flair picked up the win via a Figure Four Leg Lock, keeping Batista in his skid. Theodore Long dropped two major bombshells after: Rey will defend his title against Chavo next week. And Batista will face Ric Flair one on one. Both bouts will have stipulations voted on by the fans. Big Daddy V steamrolled through two more SmackDown superstars, handily defeating the Daltons. Undertaker also picked up a win over V's handler Matt Striker. V gained the upperhand by attacked Undertaker and nailing him with a big splash. Theodore Long made another huge announcement: V and Taker would compete in a fan-decided match. The choices will be a cage match, a first blood match, or a CASKET MATCH. MVP had another successful defense of his United States championship, this time defeating Finlay thanks to help from Jamie Noble. Matt Hardy ran out for the save...and an impromptu match was immediately booked between Noble and Hardy and saw Hardy pick up the win. Word has it the 4 will compete in a tag team match next week, with the pairings to be decided by fans. Deuce 'N Domino also made a splash, retaining the tag team gold against a game Major Brothers team. Tune in next week for a ton of important matches, including the 20-man battle royal for number one contendership to the World Heavyweight Championship. Tonight we saw superstars like Kane and Val Venis get interviewed for them to express why they feel they can win the all-important match. Apparently the fans will even have a say on which TYPE of battle royal it will be...Long was musing about some odd concept he stumbled upon called a "Reverse Battle Royal" QUICK MATCH RESULTS: -Big Daddy V def. The Daltons -Deuce 'N Domino def. The Major Brothers (retained Tag Team titles) -MVP def. Finlay (retained US title) -Matt Hardy def. Jamie Noble -The Undertaker def. Matt Striker -Rey Mysterio and Ric Flair def. Batista and Chavo Guerrero |

You could see that TLC match being brilliant in reality, and a crowd would be super hot if Cena turned on Michaels so, fairly realistic. I've got a draft Wrestlemania card, but I'll post it closer to the show, you could probably guess a few of the matches. |

The month before Mania and its all happening
Flair decided to become a non-wrestler, so I'm considering having him become GM, I'm going to be doing a "spring clean" after Mania as I'm intending to bring in some new talent. Most notably, I've got quite a few people in OVW who want to come up, but I'm gonna have to wait until after Mania to do it. As Jimmy Jacobs wants to come up at the same time as Lacey, I was just gonna continue the RoH storyline with the two of them. Nick Nemeth and Mike Mondo both want to come up, so I might send them to Smackdown and continue with the Spirit Squad gimmick, adds to the tag division there. Teddy Hart and Harry Smith are both ready, but Nattie Neidhart and TJ Wilson aren't, obviously I'm going to do a Hart Foundation gimmick, but I need the pair of them to be ready to do it. As for the funny news of the month, Bushwacker Luke wants to run his own promotion. |

Cena heel turn That's definitely in my future plans. Sucks that a 4th straight show didn't click...is the market at a very down period? Maybe that has something to do with it.
Anywho I've been incredibly busy so I have yet to post shows. I plan on doing full write-ups for all 3 Cyber Week so I'm waiting for some free time before doing a show. |

WRESTLEMANIA 24 WWE HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: JOHN CENA (C) vs SHAWN MICHAELS A Year in the making and once again these two icons of the wrestling industry meet in the biggest event in that very industry. The year has seen differing fortunes for both men, John Cena has held off all challenges to be the champion for an unprecedented 18 months, Shawn Michaels has spent most of the last year on the treatment table. Michaels timely return, just before the Royal Rumble, saw him rocket back into title contention when he won the Royal Rumble for the third time in his illustrious career, and our main event was set. But that was just the start of it. Like a year before, the two men had a shaky understanding, leave everything until Wrestlemania and find out who was the better man. This didn't seem to be the case for John Cena. At No Way Out, in front of a shocked and clearly disgusted crowd, Cena viciously beat down Shawn Michaels and stood above his battered and bleeding body holding his title aloft. The message was clear, Cena had had enough of the crowd, he had enough of Shawn Michaels and he wanted to stand alone. The stage is set for the biggest match of the year, a fantastic confrontation 12 months previous, the sense of revenge in the eyes of the Heart Break Kid, the new sense of purpose in John Cena, this could surely go down as an all-time classic. WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: ROB VAN DAM (C) vs MATT HARDY Few would've expected such a fairy tale, but Matt Hardy has continued to confound the critics, his biggest of which, is the World Heavyweight Champion. Since Van Dam's return to Smackdown and his subsequent victory over 17 time World Champion Ric Flair, Van Dam has shown a side unseen in the WWE, his arrogant nature. He is a man clearly on a mission. Matt Hardy clearly doesn't share Van Dam's vision, and has taken it upon himself to cause as much disruption to Van Dam's time as champion as possible. Indeed, few have achieved such an astonishing record against the World Heavyweight Champion as Matt Hardy. Van Dam may have cost Matt Hardy his United States title, but in doing so, he has given Hardy a new target, World Heavyweight Gold. He is an unlikely challenger, but Van Dam will under estimate him at his peril. ECW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: CM PUNK (C) vs JOHNNY JETER The New Breed's dominance over the ECW Roster has been strong, but they have been constantly annoyed by Punk and his Second City Saints. With Burke's brigade taking out Punk's allies, it looked very much that Punk was in severe trouble, he has however taken it upon himself to take apart the New Breed one by one. As time has gone by, Punk has beaten Elijah Burke, Cocky Siaki and the rest, whatever has been put in Punk's way, he has overcome. But there was one light in the New Breed which Punk hasn't put to sleep.....Johnny Jeter. Jeter's rise through the New Breed ranks has been rapid and he showed in recent weeks that, unlike his New Breed colleagues, he just may have CM Punk's number. Jeter has earned his opportunity to face the ECW Champion, and this one could well be the show stealer. WWE WOMENS CHAMPIONSHIP: MOLLY HOLLY (C) vs MICKIE JAMES Few champions will have had as much luck as Molly Holly in her time as Womens Champion. Few challengers will have been quite as unlucky as Mickie James in her quest to become champion. Mickie has beaten Molly on several occasions, but all of which have led to Molly retaining the title. Molly has sneaked wins against the other female talent in the division. But since her return, no one has been able to take the title off of Molly. Mickie has earnt her chance to be Womens Champion. She has beaten all of Molly's challenges set before her, pushing aside Tracy, pushing aside Melina, pushing aside both at once, pinning Molly in a tag match. There are none more deserving of this opportunity, will Mickie James take this chance? WWE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP: SHELTON BENJAMIN (C) vs AMERICAN DRAGON A match based on one thing and one thing only, just which of these guys is the best? Dragon showed his capabilities by winning the Cruiserweight Title in his first Pay-Per-View match, Shelton, with a little help from RVD, won the United States Championship in his first Smackdown match. Shelton has claimed he has the better wrestler, while the Dragon has continued quietly defeating opponents in a ruthlessly efficient style. Both men are on top form going into this match, just who is the better man? WWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP: CARLITO (C) vs PAUL LONDON vs BRIAN KENDRICK This match has become less about the title, than it has about the apparent disintegration of one of the great tag teams in recent history. Both men took turns in recording victories over the Intercontinental Champion, but when it came to tagging against him, neither man could co-exist, both wanting to claim another victory over the champion. GM Steve Austin declared both men number one contenders, both are fantastic athletes, both have the potential to be Main Event players, can one of them walk out as Intercontinental Champion? WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: FINLAY + MVP (C) vs KANE and THE UNDERTAKER The unlikely combination of Finlay and Montel Vontavious Porter has proved to be a significant hit on Smackdown. Both men have run over any team that has come in contact with them, they are rightful and dominant champions. Cue the Brothers of Destruction. Kane and The Undertaker are two of the most dominant wrestlers in the history of the business, World Championships, Numerous Tag Team Championships, they are a dangerous combination. Throw in Taker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania, and you have a fierce team. All Four Men are up for a fight, and that is exactly what will be happening at Wrestlemania with the Tag Team Titles on the line. ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: DANNY DORING & ROADKILL vs THE SECOND CITY SAINTS (Ace Steel and Colt Cabana) vs THE NEW BREED (Elijah Burke and Matt Striker) vs THE NEW BREED (Cocky Siaki and Steve Lewington) GM Mick Foley announced the return of the ECW Tag Team Titles, and promptly announced a match between 4 massive teams to decide the champions. With the New Breed dominance over ECW, they have been allowed two teams into this match, although, this is interesting in itself. The tension that exists between Siaki and Burke, the two leaders of the New Breed, has caused both men to pick other members of the New Breed, rather than each other, as partners, will this tension spill over in this title match? Cabana and Steel have looked like a very capable team since they arrived in ECW, despite the problems they have had with the New Breed, they remain standing, and challenge for the gold. Of course, how could this match be complete without the final ever ECW Tag Team Champions? Doring & Roadkill were the champions when the company went under in 2001. 7 years on, they deserve the chance to fight for what they believe is rightfully their's. MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH - CHRIS JERICHO vs TRIPLE H vs RANDY ORTON vs EDGE vs BATISTA vs REY MYSTERIO vs TOMMY DREAMER vs MARCUS COR VON The match which has intrigued year on year, returns at Wrestlemania 24, and it is more star studded than ever. Representing Raw, Chris Jericho, Triple H and Randy Orton, it is very safe to say that these men do not like each other. But they have an incredible pedigree in the Championship Stakes. Jericho, the first Undisputed Champion, Orton, the youngest Champion and Triple H, a 10 time Champion, will this experience be enough to bring a title shot to one of Raw's superstars? Representing Smackdown, Edge, Batista and Rey Mysterio. For Mysterio, he would seem the favourite in this match. Quick, Agile, Fearless, all the things that you need to win this match, then again, Batista's brute strength seems him as the most powerful man in this match, can he dominate the rest of the competitors? Lets not forget Edge though, The first Money in the Bank winner, the king of the Ladder match, is it his time to reign again? Representing ECW, Marcus Cor Von and Tommy Dreamer, these two men have been fighting each other constantly over the last 6 months, could either of them earn a shot at gold. Dreamer is the most extreme man in this match, will his willingness to do absolutely anything to win serve him well, or will Marcus Cor Von, the only man in this match to never hold World Championship gold, go that extra mile to make his dream.....a reality. |

Wrestlemania 24 Your Hosts are Jim Ross and John Bradshaw Layfield FATAL FOUR-WAY ELIMINATION MATCH TO DETERMINE THE NEW ECW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: DORING & ROADKILL vs ACE STEEL & COLT CABANA vs ELIJAH BURKE & MATT STRIKER vs STEVEN LEWINGTON & COCKY SIAKI Cocky Siaki and Steven Lewington upset the odds, and the leader of the New Breed, by winning the ECW Tag Team Titles to start Wrestlemania 24. It was much to the embarassment of Elijah Burke that he and Matt Striker were eliminated first, thanks to Roadkill and Danny Doring's Buggy Bang. The Second City Saints once again fell to the New Breed when Steven Lewington pinned Ace Steel and it was Cocky Siaki who scored the pin over Danny Doring to grab the titles for the New Breed. What will be the situation between Siaki and Burke now? Winners and NEW ECW Tag Team Champions: The New Breed (Steven Lewington and Cocky Siaki) Match Quality: 80% Crowd Reaction: 72% Overall Rating: 76% Notes: ECW Tag Team Titles gained in image TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE: CARLITO (C) vs PAUL LONDON vs BRIAN KENDRICK Carlito retained the Intercontinental Title simply by out-thinking his challengers. While the former Tag Team Champions were able to co-exist for much of the early going, when push came to shove, the two men's greed took over and Carlito capitalised. Kendrick looked to have the match won after hitting Paul London with his back-flip DDT, however, with the referee downed, Carlito used the ring bell to knock Kendrick down, pinning him to retain his title. Winner and STILL WWE Intercontinental Champion: Carlito Match Quality: 84% Crowd Reaction: 82% Overall Rating: 83% Notes: WWE Intercontinental Title gained in image WWE UNITED STATES TITLE: SHELTON BENJAMIN (C) vs AMERICAN DRAGON American Dragon upset the odds on his Wrestlemania debut, to win the WWE United States title, in a terrific match. The match was billed as a fight to see who was the better man, and for much of the match the two time All-American Benjamin showed his skill and prowess. It was American Dragon however, who took control and nailed his patented Dragon Suplex to score the pinfall and the title. Winner and NEW WWE United States Champion: American Dragon Match Quality: 88% Crowd Reaction: 80% Overall Rating: 84% Notes: WWE United States Title gained in image MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH: TOMMY DREAMER vs TRIPLE H vs BATISTA vs REY MYSTERIO vs CHRIS JERICHO vs EDGE vs RANDY ORTON vs MARCUS COR VON He's done it before....and he's done it again. Mr. Money in the Bank 2008 is EDGE. Too say this match was anarchy would be an understatement. Tommy Dreamer piledriven off a ladder, Triple H being spinebustered onto a ladder by Marcus Cor Von, Rey Mysterio flying off ladders left right and centre, Orton being RKO'd by Jericho off a ladder, just too name but a few moments. The ending was as anarchic as the match itself. Orton incapacitated by Jericho's RKO was effectively out of the match, Dreamer and Cor Von had continued their fued by putting each other through the announce table, Mysterio was down outside holding his ribs, leaving Jericho, Batista and Triple H fighting over the Briefcase. Jericho pushed the ladder holding Batista and Triple H over sending both men through a table, but with Jericho about to grab the briefcase, a well placed shot with a chair by Edge allowed him to grab what he believes is rightfully HIS, the Money in the Bank briefcase. Winner and 2008 Money in the Bank: Edge Match Quality: 72% Crowd Reaction: 85% Overall Rating: 81% Notes: Edge's New Gimmick Got a Positive Response WWE TAG TEAM TITLES: FINLAY AND MVP (C) vs KANE & THE UNDERTAKER The Undertaker maintained his 100% record at Wrestlemania, but failed to take the Tag Team Titles from Finlay and MVP. The Brothers of Destruction dominated the match from start to finish, pummeling the Irishman and the self-professed MVP of the WWE. It was the crafty veteran Finlay who attacked Taker with a chair causing a disqualification. Taker and Kane then lay a beat down on the Champions much to the delight of the crowd. Winners: Kane and The Undertaker (Finlay & MVP retained the WWE Tag Team Titles) Match Quality: 79% Crowd Reaction: 79% Overall Rating: 78% Notes: WWE Tag Team Titles gained in image WWE WOMENS TITLE: MOLLY HOLLY (C) vs MICKIE JAMES Mickie James' chase for the title is over, as she finally defeated Molly Holly to rightfully earn the Womens Championship. After chasing Molly for over 6 months, she overcame an unconcious referee, Molly's use of the ropes and all the dirty tricks in the book, to hit her big Mickie-DT to finally win the gold, which she celebrated in the crowd after the match. Winner and NEW WWE Womens Champion: Mickie James Match Quality: 70% Crowd Reaction: 84% Overall Rating: 79% Notes: WWE Womens Title gained in image

ECW RULES MATCH FOR THE ECW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: CM PUNK (C) vs JOHNNY JETER CM Punk's unbelievable run as ECW Champion continued as he defeated Johnny Jeter at Wrestlemania 24, but it was not all the champions way. Jeter and Punk served up a classic, making liberal use of chairs and tables, much in the line of ECW luminaries such as Rob Van Dam and Jerry Lynn. Punk barely survived a superplex through a table, but he was eventually able to nail the GTS to retain his title, much to the disgust of the New Breed's Jeter, who viciously attacked the referee after the match. Winner and STILL ECW Heavyweight Champion: CM Punk Match Quality: 89% Crowd Reaction: 82% Overall Rating: 85% Notes: ECW Heavyweight Title gained in image WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: ROB VAN DAM (C) vs MATT HARDY Matt Hardy's boyhood dream became a reality.....but quickly became a nightmare. After an unbelievable contest, which saw both men visibly tiring towards the end, with the referee down, RVD produced a pair of Brass Knuckles in attempt to finally finish it, Hardy ducked the attempt and managed to get control of the Knux, he nailed RVD with the punch and the crowd counted RVD down as the referee administered the count, Matt Hardy was announced as the NEW Heavyweight Champion, however, another referee sped down and informed the referee what had happened, and Van Dam once again escaped with his belt. Hardy destroyed the referee's after the match as the audience gave him a standing ovation. Winner and STILL World Heavyweight Champion: Rob Van Dam Match Quality: 93% Crowd Reaction: 83% Overall Rating: 88% Notes: World Heavyweight Title gained in image WWE HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: JOHN CENA (C) vs SHAWN MICHAELS It was Vince McMahon who once uttered the words "The Boyhood Dream has come true, for Shawn Michaels" 12 years on, and at Wrestlemania, dreams once again came true, as Shawn Michaels finally ended John Cena' reign as WWE Champion. The match didn't disappoint, it had that Wrestlemania feel, the crowd on the edge of their seats just waiting and wishing for HBK to deliver, and as he always does on the big stage, he survived Cena's attacks, over and over again and finally managed to hit Sweet Chin Music to win his 5th World Championship amidst emotional scenes as Wrestlemania 24 came to an end. Winner and NEW WWE Heavyweight Champion: Shawn Michaels Match Quality: 76% Crowd Reaction: 94% Overall Rating: 88% Overall Rating: 85% Buy Rate: 1.86 Attendance: 20,082 Match of the Night: Rob Van Dam vs Matt Hardy Best show since I started doing these |

Some nice looking cards there Sid
Good to see I'm not the only one putting Burchill on Raw (I'm gonna have him be Sandman's mystery partner against Regal and Taylor) My draft is probably going to be a mini one (since the rosters are changing through trades anyway)...thinking I might simply make my draft a triple threat with the champions and the winner's brand gets their choice of any wrestler to join their brand |

Ooooh, thats a bit gutting.
I've only played a little of 2007, it looks decent, but there are no updates for it, so I don't know if its worth it. |

Yeah, I haven't been able to bring myself to check out 07 just incase it absolutely rapes 05. Nonetheless 05 is still good, and after playing EWR for so long, being able to expand upon my fueds and all that has actually been really quite refreshing (even if it does take ages to book one show).

DAMMIT! IWA-PR signed Eric Young to a written contract. So, I had to shuffle some stuff around. Jeter is now facing Shark Boy and Palumbo is now facing Shawn Stasiak.

Write-up for Raw: October 22, 2007
---------- Segment 1: The Corporation held an interview en masse. Orton said that he didn't care who the fans voted to be his partner, he would defeat the other two teams. They also hyped that the WGTT would be the new tag team champions by the night's end. Segment 2: Santino Marella held a backstage interview. During the week, Santino announced an open challenge with the fan's to pick the stipulations. Marella ensured victory. Segment 3: The WWE Women's Championship Six Pack Challenge between Beth Phoenix, Maria, Mickie James, Melina, Jillian Hall, and Candice commenced...and it was elected that all participants would be wearing bikinis. Beth Phoenix came close to losing her belt during the points when she wasn't the legal participants, but eventually she notched yet another pinfall victory over Candice to retain the title. Segment 4: Triple H interview about the night's main event. Segment 5: Santino Marella got to the ring, and it was announced that the bout would be a so-called "death match". Santino had no clue what that meant. A Pirates of the Caribbean-esque song hit, and out swung CAPTAIN PAUL BURCHILL!!! Making his WWE return and Raw debut. The match seemed to be a regular one, with Burchill winning via the Sea-4. Afterwards, Burchill announced that since it was a death match, Santino must meet his death...this resulted in Santino being blindfolded and forced to walk a plank outside of the arena. Santino screamed as he fell a couple of feet into a kiddie pool. Segment 6: The World Tag Team Title match was decided to be a Ladder Match between London & Kendrick and TWGTT. The match essentially ended up a clusterfuck. Interference attempts by Carlito and Stevie McMahon became thwarted by Mr. Kennedy, Jeff Hardy, and Umaga. London & Kendrick each climbed a ladder and retained the belts.....then Snitsky hit the ring and knocked the ladder over, sending Londrick through the announce table. Joey may be on ECW, but I'll say it anyway: OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! Segment 7: John Cena interview about the night's main event. Segment 8: A bar-style setup was seen near the ramp. Regal & Taylor came out and announced that the fan's voted that the upcoming match be a bar-room brawl tag match. Sandman came out....fans wait for his partner...*GLASS SHATTERS* Huge mark out as Austin is Sandman's partner. The match is a giant brawl with use of bar-related weapons. Austin hits a Stunner on Taylor atop the pool table for the win. Segment 9: Austin and Sandman were backstage drinking and celebrating. Paul Burchill swung onscreen and joined the party. The Highlanders walked in too, bringing Scotch, of course. Regal walked by, disgusted. He laid down a few insults and just got a "WHAT?" for his troubles before the drinking continued. Segment 10: Shane McMahon backstage told Vince that "he'd better have his ring gear ready". He also cautioned Vince that he wouldn't like his opponents. Segment 11: As inferred from the previous segment, the fans wrote Vince in as Orton's partner. The fans also voted in Triple H to be Cena's partner and Cena to be HHH's partner. Therefore, it was a tag team match! Triple H managed to hit a Pedigree on Vince, and then Cena locked him in the STFU for the eventual win. Cena and HHH got into a staredown after...they would be enemies come Survivor Series. |

Don't know how much I'll keep this up (won't be writing up entire angles and whatnot long-hand), but just got TEW2007 with 1RC data. Currently am in the second month in a TNA game. Not in a groove yet, so I'm rushing a few things to establish some stuff and don't have great heat at the moment.
So far I've run a TV title tourney (vacated and renamed X Division championship - needed the title off Joe) but Test was signed away to WWE so I had to replace him with Sting. Originally I had planned Styles/Jarrett to be the last match, but with Test out and Jericho not being signable (had planned to have him feud with Sting) I had to move a shitload around. Joe/Angle I had stripped of the tag titles (mainly because Angle was being a Creative Control douche) via "uncooperative circumstances" (storyline-wise, they kept getting DQ'd). This leads to the main event feud. Here's the results to August's No Surrender PPV: Stevie Richards over D'Lo Brown - Honestly needed to fill the card, had them debut here and am putting them in a feud since they clicked. VKM over Storm and Harris - Again, filler. Rhino over Christian via DQ - Running a storyline here. Abyss over Jerry Lynn - Basically I had Raven kidnap Abyss on the previous Impact (where James Mitchell just happened to become Raven's manager) and now Abyss is basically under Raven's control. I now regret using Lynn though. Sting defeated Jeff Jarrett for the newly renamed TNA TV Title - This will lead to a Jarrett/Sting feud. Team 3D defeated LAX in a Ladder match for the TNA Tag Team Championship - They just so happened to be feuding at the time so Cornette gave them the title shot. Angle defeated Joe via submission to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship - My best feud, along with Christian/Rhino. *Hint, hint* |

Will probably get ECW up tonight, possibly Smackdown too.
Smackdown sorely needs a tag team...so sometime after Survivor Series I'll probably have Cody Rhodes traded over to Smackdown to team with a returning Hardcore Holly (as is the rumor in real life) |

I'm giving strong consideration to creating a lightweight title. I'll probably hold off until after this PPV, but I have this massive roster of underutilized cruisers that don't really fit the "Pure" division (i.e. Jack Evans, Brian Lawler, Devon Storm, etc.).

^That'd be a good idea Loopy.
I'm looking to revitalize the cruiserweight division in my game. I just need to find some people ready to come up. Anyway, change of plans...ECW probably won't be up tonight. I'm a massive Mets fan, and after seeing them commit the biggest collapse in baseball history, I'm just in no real mood to do anything tonight |

Between Epic Encounter and Do Or Die, I'm going to do a 20-man tournament to decide the first champion in my as-yet-unnamed lightweight division. At the moment, I think Roderick Strong and Devon Storm will make it to the finals and make their new feud about the belt.
Oh, and El Hijo Del Santo is back from rehab, so I can finally wrap up the Luchadores/Coalition feud at DoD. |

Somehow all my wrestlers files got erased, and while I know I could re download the whole thing, all my editing will be erased, been looking at this for awhile and wanna give it an go, however, i've been spending too much time trying to edit all the wrestlers and info back into the game. |

I just booked my 98th show as ROH. I'm thinking of taking a cue from the real ROH by doing a top 100 matches ranking after my 100th show. I was looking back at about the first 50 shows I did, and Alex Shelley kicked ASS when I had him. He's probably in like six of the top ten.
...stupid TNA. |

ECW - October 23, 2007 (Cyber Week)
------ Segment 1: Balls Mahoney and Kenny Dykstra faced off once again, this time, as per the fan vote, the match was to be a Blindfold Match. The opponents had trouble finding one another. Balls finally found Kenny for his BALLS! BALLS! BALLS! punches but he managed to duck Mahoney's windup punch, which knocked the ref out. The ref made an audible yell, which prompted Kenny to undo his blindfold. Kenny hit Balls with his finisher, slipped his blindfold back on, and picked up the cheap win. After the bout, Kenny celebrated before being attacked by none other than JOHNNY JETER!!! Kenny couldn't even see him to fight back. After, Jeter got on the mic and said all of two words: "Heeeeeere's Johnny!" Segment 2: Elijah Burke and Marcus Cor Von attacked Nunzio backstage for no good reason other than being heels. Segment 3: Elijah Burke and Marcus Cor Von vs. Tommy Dreamer and Super Crazy was voted to be a Tables Match. Crazy was eliminated first, then Burke. Cor Von got the win by pouncing Dreamer through a table set up in the corner. Segment 4: Johnny Jeter interview, explaining that he was sick of being the second fiddle to Kenny in the Spirit Squad way back when, and he only now could get his revenge. Segment 5: CM Punk vs. John Morrison for the ECW Championship was to have one of the most brutal stipulations ever: I Quit Match. A pier six brawl broke out at one point, when Mike Mizanin interfered. Tommy Dreamer and Super Crazy ran out to aid Punk...then Elijah Burke and Marcus Cor Von came out to counter. Then a hobbling Nunzio came out...and Balls Mahoney. Kenny Dykstra joined in on the fun, and finally Johnny Jeter as well. A one-on-one bout evolved into a brawl between the faces and heels of the roster. The brawl spilled to the back and even into the crowd, and in the end Punk and Morrison were the only two left. Morrison finally quit when Punk locked in the Anaconda Vice using a lead pipe. Punk is still ECW Champion. Segment 6: As Punk celebrates, a beat down Morrison got on the mic and admitted that Punk had his number...but he knows one man who could match Punk's every move and take that ECW Title from him, and that man would be here next week. Punk looks confused as the show comes to a close. |
