Games beaten in 2013:
Kirby's Epic Yarn Tecmo Bowl Mario Kart 64 Avatar Football Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Viewtiful Joe Double Trouble Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition F Zero X Super Paper Mario Assassin's Creed II Enjoyed this one a lot even though I didn't care about the Desmond story and the first game. Think most of my deaths and fails were from jumps occurring because the climbing controls messed up every so often at certain spots. |

Outlast.. Finished this one. Really pissed and jumped my pants. The fat guy reminded me of Piggy from Manhunt. Scariest dude in the game.

I know, the only thing is my 360 play time has been brought to a screeching halt in the last few weeks since the people I rent from brought in a new roommate to live in the room where my tv was and my room has no tv jack so that's why I've started to get more into Steam. I was kind of trudging along through those games that I didn't really care about just to get rid of them in order to have time for Fallout and the 2 Arkham games and now I have no time to play them at all.I shall overcome the odds though, and claim that title no matter the cost.

Quick question. How do you save on the Steam version of Final Fantasy VII? Feel dumb asking it, but the option stays grayed out and I lost like 40 minutes of progress earlier because I am oblivious. It mentions Steam saving, but apparently the servers for it are M.I.A. so that seems to be out too.
If anyone mentions a checkpoint shortly after Cloud, Barret and Tifa have their initial tiff in the clubhouse I will cry big crocodile tears as that is the point I gave up and just hit the quit to Windows button hoping it would save that way. Alas it did not. |

There's a save point one screen over from outside the bar where the support tower is. I think there's also one on the 2nd floor tutorial room just south of the bar. Basically you walk into it and then you can save while you're occupying the same space.

Well my fucking PS3 died so all my games and saves from the past 15 years are gone and I stopped caring about school so I have been playing the file of the original Mother game that I started three years ago a little bit and want to kill myself each time I play it

I've stopped having 10 plates spinning at once, and am idly doing the following:
Injustice - playing through the STAR labs which is good in short bursts New Super Mario Bros Wii - Doing a few levels when the wife is in the mood Earthbound - Started playing a ROM of this to see what all the fuss was about. I feel charmed and will probably get a Wii U after christmas so I can actually buy it. |

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
This is my third attempt to get into it and I'm in it to win it. It has quest tracking so whenever I hit a stump I'll take to the internet to find quests that I missed. I'm a bit more patient these days now that I have age and stuff. I might revisit Skyrim in the future, I wasn't feeling most of it. |

Taking a break from the more recent titles that I've yet to catch up on, because right now I'm playing (and enjoying the hell out of) Anarchy Reigns. The enemies and some of the side missions are frustratingly repetitive, but if you like zany beat-'em-up/action games and haven't played this probably mostly overlooked title, do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

Almost finished with Ryse. Great game, not sure why it got so much flak. Combat is very Batman: Arkham games, the switching of 'perk' rewards when you finish an execution adds an element of strategy, and the story isnt half bad.
Dipped my toe into Dead Rising 3 tonight which I already knew i'd love. |

Megaman Unlimited
Really hard Megaman fan game, but it's not hard for the sake of being hard like most fan games. Tough as it is, it's still fair. If there's one criticism I could lay against it, it's that the levels are just too long. The Day in the Limelight games are still the best. Third one on the way. But still, I like this one for the challenge, and original sprites and backgrounds. |
