Brock should win Money in the Bank so that all year the WWE Champion always has this looming threat of THE CONQUEROR cashing in a murdering them and taking food off their table for their families to eat!

I've always been a fan of the MITB winner "sinking into the shadows", either feigning injury and leaving TV for a while, or just showing up now and again because, really, if you've got a guaranteed title shot whenever you like why would you bother competing every week (presuming you're a heel.)

Haha yes yes
In all serious I think it would be good to put the MITB on Bray WYatt, build up his credibility again. |

As for Ambrose and Lesnar I couldn't disagree more. Lesnar doesn't need to be "kept strong" because he is Brock fucking Lesnar. He always looks strong, and it would take a hell of a lot more than a street fight loss against Dean Ambrose to change that. I've said before that I don't think Ambrose has all the tools to be the face of WWE. I do however think he could be one of the top guys in the company. The Orton to Reigns'Cena, so to speak. But that will never happen if WWE continuously fails to capitalize on moments like this. Ambrose has been steadily gaining steam and being booked stronger throughout the year. If this had been a ppv like Payback I might have been okay with the result, but this is wrestlemania. This event is all about career defining moments, and underdogs overcoming adversity. It was the perfect story for mania, and Ambrose winning would have rocketed him to that next level. Sure, Lesnar looks strong now, but he would have looked strong either way. As it is, it's Dean Ambrose who looks like "just another guy". |

Lesnar needing a very solid win to keep his mystic up. Ambrose won't lose steam by losing to Brock. Ambrose will go on to the next ppv and get a solid win and go from there.
Lesnar losing to anyone not top of the company shouldn't happen until he is ready to depart from WWE. Granted, they could have booked Ambrose to be stronger in the loss by taking a ton more punishment before losing. |

Lesnar didn't use weapons. Ambrose did. Ambrose still got his ass kicked. Ambrose could have used the barb wire bat then hit a big spot to barely pull out the win. Ambrose looks like a rockstar even though he used weapons, and Lesnar still looks like a monster for requiring such measures to defeat him.
I understand the need to keep Lesnar's mystique intact, but you don't need to have him beat everyone to do that. Making him unbeatable until his last appearance is not only lazy, but a waste of his talent. Why make one guy at the end of his run when you can make several throughout. You have to be careful when you do it, and utilize good planning, but it absolutely can be done. |

If they are building to Reigns/Lesnar next year, then a loss to Ambrose wouldnt have been a good idea here. The problem wasn't Ambrose not beating Brock, it was booking it in the first place and having no real solid build. The story wasn't intriguing because they were both sidetracked throughout and the match was forgettable.

There's always a way to put a guy over in a losing effort. They just don't know how to do it anymore. Brock should have won and he should have walked away from that match with a look on his face saying "This Ambrose motherfucker is batshit crazy and I'd like to not have to wrestle him ever again."

Just like last year with Taker and Wyatt. Not only did Taker win, they did a spot where Wyatt was doing the crabwalk, Taker sat up and Wyatt got scared shitless. And then took the loss. lol
Imagine how much better it would have been for Wyatt, while also doing no damage to Taker, if Taker had locked in hell's gate only for Wyatt to laugh maniacally and say something like "see you in hell, dead man!" before slowly fading out. Taker stands up and instead of celebrating, looks down like "THIS crazy fuck..." Taker still gets his win, Wyatt looks creepy as shit, everybody wins. But nah. Just book a winner and call it a day. Lazy cocksuckers. |

Luckily Taker, Rock, Lesnar and the like will be around forever so there's no need to put in an ounce of effort to make other people seem remotely on their level.

Fan makes some good points. I still stand by what I said that Ambrose should have won, but only because he's been buried so much at every turn. However, if they'd have at least done the things Fan has said (for both Ambrose and Wyatt) things would look much different, and if they'd actually have built the two properly to begin before doing what Fan said they'd both be primed to be main event players right now.
TL;DR version: WWE are fucking morons. |

Agree with Wishbone in the idea that Ambrose pretty much is the same as Bray right now in someone that should be a lot bigger as a star but the WWE has done their best to make it clear he's not top tier worthy.
The longer the WWE waits to give him the one big moment to launch his stardom to the next level, the more likely the crowd's interest wanes a lot by then. Happened with almost every crowd favorite the WWE didn't get behind with in the past. Doubt there will ever be a crowd rebellion for him since the WWE's made it clear they don't care about the crowd's voice for certain people (ex. Reigns current status) and will squash the momentum of whoever the crowd rallies behind without their permission (ex. Ceasro last year) Lesnar needing to beat Ambrose to stay strong is more of an issue of WWE's shitty booking than maintaining any aura or mystic. Whatever special aura Lesnar had left was damaged a lot by having Taker be the one who got the streak killing rub from Lesnar instead of someone who could have used it to launch themselves into mega stardom. Even his previous "Final Boss" vibe has been waning once the WWE started to go all in as Lesnar just being a suplex tossing tough guy. Last edited by Emperor Smeat; 04-10-2016 at 12:09 AM. |

Lasnar takes some more beating before he turns the tide. Lesnar keeps upping the stakes and Ambrose keeps kicking out/egging Brock on to keep hurting him. Eventualy Brock hits the over the top coup de grâce and either helps him up before leaving the ring as a respect deal or simply walks off looking amazed at what just happened himself. It feels like they softened it up to not take away from Shane as Taker did the whole unbelieving look at Shane stuff while Lesnar kind of half did it as he walked up the ramp. It felt like neither angle really went all in because they were so similar. It makes no sense to me given Shane already did the Tron jump in the past, how can a HIAC jump really surprise a fellow competitor. I really hope the Shane angle becomes something big because I think that monent could have really made Ambrose. |

Ambrose will be the next Ziggler (been there so long and done so little that the crowd become apathetic).

No Ambrose will always get over, have you seen him live? He has undeniable charisma. Much different than someone like Ziggler or Ryder who are likable, but don't actually have stand out personalities.
