On The New Day: I understand the whole "they don't need the belts" argument. I am ready for them to drop them to Gallows & Anderson at Money in the Bank. With that being said, I think what they've exposed is just how uninteresting every other team is. People act like having more teams is better. No, having good teams is better. The New Day have been one of the more widely lauded acts in the company. They moved a ton of merchandise at WrestleMania. It should be on the other teams to get themselves hot to a point where they can get themselves in position to take the belts from this super-over team.
I know I sound like CyNick there. The problem is that teams come in with shitty gimmicks, shitty vignettes, are given a shot too quickly, lose, win, lose, win and nothing really matters. Hopefully the brand split helps tag teams continue to work on their identites and at least stay away from a few of the other teams. |

Agree, more teams does not make the division stronger. The only creditable tag teams the have in my opinion are New Day, Gallows and Anderson, The Usos, Epico and Primo based solely on their past history( not Los Matadores), and The Dudleys also based on their past. I think they hot shotted these young teams and hurt the Tag division even more.

Similar to the Women's division, WWE's biggest problem is they usually only focus the most on the title feud leaving everyone else with nothing to do or feuds that don't really lead to anything important.
Usos and Anderson/Gallows ended up being nothing more than just side stuff for the Roman-Styles feud so once that ended, their tag feud abruptly ended. Anderson/Gallows getting randomly involved with the New Day probably is going to be another side show deal with the Styles-Cena feud. If it wasn't for Enzo's injury providing some fuel for Vaudevillan's heat, they'd be just another "team du jour" for the title feud. Same goes to other tag teams that are basically irrelevant like the Shinning Stars and Ascension. Maybe even the Social Outcasts whenever they are not jobbing. Enzo/Cass vs Dudleys feud is probably the only non-title tag feud with any real build and that is mainly because of how good both teams are with promos. The big payoff for Golden Truth so far hasn't been worth the months WWE spent and same for the feud with Fandango/Breeze. |

Fandango and Breeze has been the best thing to come out of that angle. Could care less about Golden Truth and I hope it leads to R Truth and Goldust eventually feuding. Hopefully Fandango and Breeze come out on top in that feud.

I wanted to see Breeze and Fandango as a tag team, but not fucking like this. I hope they beat Golden Truth and Truth turns on Goldust. Don't have them feud -- send one to SmackDown and let them stay separate. Goldust vs. Breeze could be a hot feud on its own though.

They had the perfect opportunity to do something with Enzo & Cass and The Vaudevillains. How hard would it have been to have Aiden English & Simon Gotch brag about putting Enzo out. He comes back and the two teams fight. Simple. They really should be having a match at Money in the Bank.

I like Breeze and all... but I hate him teaming with Fandango. It's good that they're actually doing SOMETHING with them but Johnny Curtis should be SO fucking above this by now. Light years above it.

Felt the same about Rybaxel. Feel like they could move on from the Fandango name with him teaming with Breeze. Had a thought the other day watching Raw that he could tell Breeze that his real name is Tyler Curtis and they become The Tylers and are douchey pretty boy heels.

Ratings are shit. They can't afford to save it. Probably begged Cena to come back early than he should from injury because of it.

I know people enjoy Styles, but you would be hoping they have something bigger planned for Summerslam than Cena going up against a guy who lost at the last 3 PPV's.

It's true lads, I know you don't like to hear it, but big stars win big matches.
They have two choices now, Cena loses on his comeback or AJ loses for his 4th PPV in a row. It's not that intriguing. They did the same thing with Ambrose at the start, same thing with Ryback at the start...it can be hard to come back from. Ryback is gone, a shadow of his initial presentation and Ambrose is already dulled as a character or as a credible threat to the big boys. |

AJ shouldn't have been jobbing so freely, but AJ vs Cena is intriguing, AJ jobbing or not... mainly due to AJ's success outside of the WWE.

Re: Ambrose, people will deny it, but there was a real buzz about him a while ago, after the losses to Reigns, HHH, Lesnar squash etc.... it has dulled significantly and his character doesn't even seem as interesting anymore.
AJ will go down the same path, and then we can come back to these posts. |

All they have seen is Reigns (who is not a popular guy) beat him handily twice in a row (albeit in good matches) He also lost to Jericho at the biggest event of the year before that. And now, we have to buy him as a threat to the biggest star of the last decade? Sorry, but not convinced. |

meh, that's out of AJ's hands. He's kept himself over while losing. Be happy he's that good.
